I hope that is the appropriate sub to ask; recommendation please… Mainly, after pandemic restrictions are over, Im planning to spend 3 months in US as a vacationer (We have now Visa Wayver Program) and I wanna do some programs in emergency drugs. Am I allowed to do them? Or do I would like scholar visa? Or another sort of visa? What do I would like?
I do know I’m not allowed to check in collage on vacationer visa, or take any programs which have credit that lead in the direction of a level or educational certificates. However what is taken into account an “educational certificates”? And what’s thought-about to be giving “credit to a level”?
I dont actually plan on doing something with these certs, its only for enjoyable. It doesnt result in any diploma, a minimum of not for me, its only a brief time period leisure research to me.
I wanna do CPR, BLS programs and EMR course. At Crimson Cross or some related place. One thing like this – https://www.redcross.org/take-a-class/emergency-medical-response
Its simply superior first support stuff; civilians cant get that superior first support coaching in my nation, except they do 2 12 months collage diploma, which I dont want. So I figured whereas I’m in US for trip I would as properly do them. Principally cos I simply take pleasure in studying this sort of stuff.
What are legalities of this? Thanks.
