Hello!

Edit: Location is Qatar

I am actually confused about this. For Type I-134(Affidavit of assist), do we have to give one with moist signature or a scanned copy shall be acceptable. I emailed our embassy however nonetheless confused.

This is what the directions say:

“*USCIS supplies kinds freed from cost by means of the USCIS Website online. So as to view, print, or fill out our kinds, it’s best to use the newest model of Adobe Reader, which you’ll be able to obtain free of charge at http://get.adobe.com/reader/. Should you do not need Web entry, it’s possible you’ll name the USCIS Nationwide Buyer Service Heart at 1-800-375-5283 and ask that we mail a kind to you. For TTY (deaf or onerous of listening to) name: 1-800-767-1833.

Signature. Every affidavit should be correctly signed and filed. For all signatures on this affidavit, USCIS won’t settle for a stamped or typewritten title instead of a signature. If you’re below 14 years of age, your mum or dad or authorized guardian might signal the affidavit in your behalf. A authorized guardian may signal for a mentally incompetent individual.

Submitting Payment. There is no such thing as a payment to file Type I-134.

Copies. You must submit legible photocopies of paperwork requested, except the Directions particularly state that you have to submit an unique doc. USCIS might request an unique doc on the time of submitting or at any time throughout processing of an software, petition, or request. If USCIS requests an unique doc from you, will probably be returned to you after USCIS determines it now not wants your unique.*”
