Quebec announces 3 new pilot programs

On March 3, 2021, the federal government of Quebec has introduced 3 pilot applications for assembly “the precise wants of Québec’s job market”.

As per the official intimation, the Minister of Worldwide Relations and La Francophonie and Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration, Nadine Girault, have introduced the publication within the Gazette officielle du Québec of the “Regulation to make three everlasting immigration pilot applications”.

[Note. As per the Regulation, for the purposes of this program, the terms

‘orderly’ and ‘profession’ mean the profession of nurse

aide, orderly and patient service associate, as per the

National Occupational Classification [NOC] code 3413.

Permits a person to settle inside Quebec completely if they’re a short lived international employee that’s working in Quebec as an orderly. ·         Proficiency in spoken French

·         Work expertise as an orderly in Quebec

·         Maintain a job as an orderly in Quebec on the time of submitting their software

From March 31, 2021 till January 1, 2026. 550 per 12 months For staff

within the synthetic intelligence, info applied sciences and

visible results sectors

Permits a person to settle in Quebec completely if they’re –

·         A international employee in visible results and knowledge applied sciences, or

·         A international employee or a Quebec graduate in Synthetic Intelligence [AI].

[Note. 275 –Québec graduates and temporary workers in AI

Those meeting the conditions of any of the pilot programs might submit an application for permanent selection and obtain their Certificat de sélection du Québec [CSQ].

Quebec has up to date its checklist of professions eligible for simplified processing. The checklist is efficient February 24, 2021.
