Hello- is it allowed to journey for 3-4 weeks at a time whereas ready for the i-751 to be processed? My husband is up for this (conditional 2 yr marriage inexperienced card expires in November) and he hoped to return to his dwelling nation for 3-4 weeks over the vacations.
I discovered this text however it says to not journey for “prolonged durations of time”.
Does anybody have any expertise?
