Working Remotely in Canada for U.S. Company (as a Canadian Citizen) CXC Global : immigration

Has anybody been by an analogous scenario?

I am on the lookout for recommendation about CXC International. (an internet payroll system of kinds) https://www.cxcglobal.com/about (just like distant.com/ letsdeel.com )

I’m a Canadian citizen. I’ve a U.S. employer (a staffing company) that’s utilizing this firm (CXC International) to get me on Canadian payroll & I might be getting paid in CAD and paying Canadian employment taxes. This employment engagement is a 1 yr contract.

I’ve the next questions:

1. Is that this sketchy? lol

2. Via this technique, will I be registered as a U.S. W2 worker?

3. Will this negatively impression any of my future U.S. work visa functions (i.e. TN visa/ H1B visa)?

4. Would i want to pay U.S. taxes or report something to the IRS?
