Yup. The hatred is actual. I can say so since I’ve been on visas within the US for over a decade (F-1, H-1, and so forth).
The US sadly really has an extremely abusive and degrading immigration system that treats non-citizens with nothing greater than contempt, disdain, and pure unrelenting hatred.
