Specific Entry #172: 4,750 ITAs are issued within the new draw

Canada held its 172th Specific Entry draw on January 8. A complete of 4,750 ITA are issued.

This was the second invitation spherical held in two days. The minimal Complete Rating System (CRS) rating on this spherical was 461.
